Full Terms and Conditions

This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (“UK”) aged 18 or over. Any persons directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion (including but not limited to any employees of the Promoter, its affiliates and its agencies) are excluded from entering this Promotion.
Purchase is necessary. Please retain receipt as this will be required for validation and in order for the Winner to receive their Prize.
Promotion Period: Enter between 00:00 on 04 February 2026 and 23:59 on 24 February 2026.
To Enter:
- Purchase a Promotional Pack of Walkers MAX, as defined in clause 6, from any UK Co-op store within the Promotion Period. This promotion applies to in-store purchases only and does include online purchases.
- Text COOPMAX to 60163.
- Entrants will receive a text message thanking them for entering the promotion and confirming they are in the Prize Draw. Time taken to receive this text message may vary.
- A text entry will be charged at entrant’s standard network rate (and may not be included within any free text packages). Please check with the bill payer before sending a text entry.

Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period.
Prize: During the Promotion Period, there is 1 Prize to be won as follows:
1. 1 x trip for 2 to the opening match of the FIFA World Cup 26™ in Mexico City, Mexico, on 11 June 2026, including 2 x FIFA World Cup 26™ tickets, return economy flights from UK international airport, return private transfers from a Mexico City airport to hotel, 5 nights’ stay at a 4* hotel, and £750 for expenses.
Further Prize Details and Conditions:
1. Prize consists of a trip for 2 to the opening match of the FIFA World Cup 26™ in Mexico City, Mexico, on 11 June 2026, including 2 x FIFA World Cup 26™ tickets, return economy flights from UK international airport, return private transfers from airport at destination to hotel, 5 nights’ stay at a 4* hotel, and £750 for expenses. Excludes UK transfers.
  1. Flight departs UK on 7 June 2026 and returns on 12 June 2026.
  2. The £750 for additional travel expenses will be paid via Bank Transfer (BACS).
  3. Winner must have a valid UK account.
  4. Winner is responsible for providing correct bank account details at the point of claiming their Prize and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.
  5. At all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
  6. Winner and their guest must have valid passports and are responsible for any visas and vaccinations required for travel. Travel insurance is not included.
  7. Winners and their guest (“Attendees”) agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) applicable to their Prize ticket(s) for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the licence granted for the tickets.
  8. All FIFA World Cup 2026™ venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on FIFA.com/tickets. Attendees are expected to respect other guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behaviour.
  9. The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on fifa.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.
Winner Selection:
1. Winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize Draw will take place within 3 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. Prize will be won.
Winner Notification:
1. The provisional Winner will be contacted via an SMS sent to the mobile number used at time of entry within 2 days of Prize Draw and will be asked to provide a copy of their receipt showing purchase of a Promotional Product during the Promotion Period, along with evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winner. If the Winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserve the right to disqualify that/the entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve Winner may have less time to respond.
Prize Delivery:
1. If you receive a notification that you are the Winner, you will be asked to provide your full name and address to which your Prize details will be sent within 28 days of confirming details, and bank account details for delivery of your travel expenses by bank transfer. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within this timeframe, the Winner will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting coopmax@promotioncustomerservices.com. If a Winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
The Prize is not transferable nor exchangeable. No other form of compensation is available. If for any reason any Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
Provided no objection from the Winner is received, a Winner’s list containing their surname and county will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks, by contacting coopmax@promotioncustomerservices.com. Winner can object to their surname being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during the Winner Notification process. However, without prejudice, the Promoter will provide Winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
The Promoter may request that the Winner participates in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the Winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize acceptance.
If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or Winner by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
3. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
4. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
5. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
6. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous access to shortcode 60163.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take their Prize for whatever reason, including in the event that a winner provides an incorrect name, email or address details.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.
Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://nowalkersnogame.com/en-gb/privacy-policy.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
The FIFA World Cup 2026™ logo is a trademark owned by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association and used under license. FIFA is not a sponsor or administrator of this promotion in any way. FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
