Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 00:00 on 25 April 2024 to 23:59 on 19 June 2024.
No purchase necessary.
Entry instructions: Text TNT, your name and your postcode to 60163. Entrants will receive a text message thanking them for entering the promotion and confirming they are in the draw. Time taken to receive this text message may vary. A text entry will be charged at entrants’ standard network rate (and may not be included within any free text packages). Please check with the bill payer before sending a text entry.
Entry is via SMS only.
Only one entry per household across the whole promotional period will be accepted. Anyone submitting more than one entry will be disqualified.
For the avoidance of doubt, a mobile number can only be used once to enter this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or any prize entitlement.
Prizes: There are 3,000 prizes available to be won consisting of a subscription valid to access 1 free month of discovery+ Premium (including TNT Sports). Subscriptions must be redeemed by 23:59 on 31 December 2024. Credit Card details required at time of registration to redeem 1 month subscription. Monthly subscription automatically renews after end of 1st month and default payment method automatically charged (at the time of this notice £30.99/month) unless subscription is cancelled prior to next monthly charge. Not available to existing subscribers. Winner Selection: Winners will be picked on a weekly basis, through a weekly draw with 375 winners each week receiving a subscription code. The draw periods are as follows:

Draw Period 2: 00:00 on 02 May to 23.59 08 May
Draw Period 3: 00:00 on 09 May to 23:59 15 May
Draw Period 4: 00:00 on 16 May to 23:59 on 22 May

Draw Period 6: 00:00 on 30 May to 23:59 on 5 June

Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment: Prize winners will be texted on the mobile phone number used to enter the promotion within 3 days of the weekly draw. Winner texts will include their prize and usage instructions.
Further Prize details and Voucher terms

To redeem a prize Voucher, winners will be required to visit https://auth.discoveryplus.com/redeem, key in the Voucher code provided and, once the Voucher code has been validated, register an account with and subscribe to discovery+ Premium (including TNT Sports) using a valid credit or debit card. Once an account has been successfully activated, the user may begin streaming content on discovery+ Premium (including TNT Sports).
The Voucher may only be activated once and the user can then stream content throughout their subscription period by signing into their discovery+ account.
At the end of the initial 1-month subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew to a paid monthly subscription (at the time of this notice £30.99 per month), unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions specified at https://auth.discoveryplus.com.
If the user cancels their subscription, they will continue to have access to discovery+ Premium (including TNT Sports) until the end of the period for which they have subscribed and no refund will be given.
The Voucher is single use and non-transferable and may not be re-used or reactivated, cancelled or regenerated, even in the event that the user changes or cancels their subscription, or used in combination with any other discount coupons, promotions or special offers. It has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered for it.
Once the user has received a prize Voucher and activated their subscription using it, they will not be able to redeem a subsequent offer or promotion for the same subscription nor will they be able to purchase an additional subscription that is on offer unless and until the subscription they received through activating their prize Voucher has come to an end.

Each prize is as stated, is not for exchange or resale and no other prize alternatives are available. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, a prize will only be awarded directly to the entrant responsible for the mobile phone number against which a winning text entry was registered.
No correspondence: Winner selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the prize winners.
Bulk entries, entrants using multiple phone numbers via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted but may still be charged. Entries received by any means other than as specified in these Terms will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take their prize for whatever reason.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. The winner’s statutory rights are not affected.
Use of Personal Data: Personal data provided will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion only. Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.walkers.co.uk/privacy-policy.
The mobile numbers of the winners will be retained for 30 days after the prize has been fulfilled to allow the Promoter to deal with any queries from the winners.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award of the prizes took place and therefore will publish or make available the the surname and the first 3 letters/numbers of the postcode of the winners to members of the public who request such details from 1 July 2024 to 10 July 2024 by emailing tnt@promotioncustomerservices.com. Winners can object to such disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by emailing tnt@promotioncustomerservices.com. However, the Promoter may, notwithstanding any objection, disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
General: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of any third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of such failure on the entrants.
The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the winner does not receive their prize as a result of having provided incomplete or inaccurate contact details.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winning entries including asking for the winner's identity, including proof of age, (which they must provide within 14 days but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter and redemption of the prize) and to refuse to award the prize or withdraw the prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion, replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value, or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
